All Snoozer® mattresses are custom manufactured to the sizes provided by the customer with a tolerance of ± 1 inch .The manufactured sizes are affixed on a measuring tape affixed on the mattress during delivery .

What is your Refund & Cancellation Policy?
We urge all customers to take a ‘Rest Test’ before placing an order . We are unable to process a mattress refund once it has been used because of sanitary & hygiene reasons , more so in cases where they have been specially custom built for a client.
