My newly bought Snoozer® mattress has a minor length / width deviation?
All Snoozer® mattresses are custom manufactured to the sizes provided by the customer with a tolerance of ± 1 inch .The manufactured sizes are affixed on a measuring tape affixed on the mattress during delivery.
How do I protect my expensive mattress from dirt & stain?

Custom Size, shape, and thickness are made to order & delivered between 7-10 days.
What is your Refund & Cancellation Policy?
We urge all customers to take a ‘Rest Test’ before placing an order. We are unable to process a mattress refund once it has been used because of sanitary & hygiene reasons , more so in cases where they have been specially custom built for a client.
However we offer a full one-year guarantee coverage against all the manufacturing defects as per industry standards. As well as a Fourteen years limited warranty because we are confident of the build quality of our mattresses.
